With deep gratitude to my wife's homeland, Tay Son, Binh Dinh, where the unique Bau Da Rice Wine is produced, that the opportunity to the founder to explore this region for over 15 years and it became a source of inspiration to search for the traditional fermentation methods and secrets to create distinctive rice wines, combining them with modern knowledge.
