RICE WINE: "DELICIOUS LIQUOR FROM RICE"
Vietnam and the "Precious Pearl" Throughout thousands of years, rice has been the most precious gift bestowed by nature and the solid foundation for the civilization of Asia. In ancient Vietnam, our ancestors revered rice as the "Precious Pearl," a name that was highly esteemed and deeply appreciated, as it is thanks to this "Precious Pearl" that humanity exists to this day. From rice grains, humans have explored and created a multitude of diverse and rich dishes, each with its own unique characteristics in different regions. Moreover, they have utilized rice grains in the fermentation and distillation process to produce an alcoholic beverage with a delicate and fragrant taste, known as "rice wine," often used to welcome guests or serve during festive celebrations.
